I’m Christian and back in the late 2000’s, I set out to learn more about my family’s history. Being born in a colonized country, lots of our history was comprised of tales, sometimes some not so educated guessing, and outright fiction. Our paper trail is unreliable at best and non-existent at worst.

Thanks to resources like FamilySearch and nagging family members over the years, I’ve been able to piece together a fairly coherent timeline, tree and accumulated many photographs of our family throughout the years. I’m quite fortunate to be part of the Godoy Plana family and they’ve got a much more solid record of their extended family, which I’ve included as well.
